I choose to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Due to the recent pandemic so many individuals lost their access to care. Unfortunately, I was of many amongst the millions that lost their job and access to health insurance. During , this time I sought alternative methods for pain management due to my auto immune illness. I discovered acupuncture therapy and its a life saver. Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards a mental, physical, and pain free healthy lifestyle.
In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue pain, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, one must achieve optimal wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. One can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in our everyday life will allow us to achieve our full potential and live with passion and purpose.
